返金ポリシー
HARMRIT is dedicated to providing high-quality products. We sincerely hope you enjoy the items offered by HARMRIT. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are happy to accept returns/exchanges for unused and brand-new items within the first 14 days after receiving the order. Please note that all customized items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.
- A shipping and restocking fee of $15 will be charged for returns. If you need an exchange, we will calculate the price difference.
- If you receive a product that is damaged/broken/missing/incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. The notification must include your name, email address, and a picture and written description of the damaged/broken/incorrect product. After receiving your damage notification, you must return the damaged product to us. If you contact us within 48 hours after delivery, a shipping fee of $10 will be charged; if you contact us within 7 days after delivery, we will be unable to process the package as we will consider you have accepted the damaged/broken/missing/incorrect package by default.
- Only one return is allowed per order.
Return Exceptions:
Please note that we cannot accept returns for customized/tailored products, as each product is made according to the order. Once the product is put into production, the order cannot be canceled.
How to Start the Return Process?
To arrange a refund/exchange for you as soon as possible, we have implemented a quick and simple return process. Please follow these steps to start your return process:
- To begin the return, please contact us via email first(Email Address:info@harmrit.com).
- Fill in the item you want to return and the reason in the email. This helps us make improvements to ensure your satisfaction with your next purchase.
- Our sales staff will review your application request and contact you to provide a solution.
- Pay the return fee and fill in the tracking number - unfortunately, we currently cannot provide free return services to customers.
- After receiving your returned package, we will exchange it and send it to you; or process your refund.
When Will I Receive My Refund or Exchange Product?
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days after receiving the return from the warehouse. You will receive an email notification once we have issued the refund.
