Custom portraits are made to order. Our refund policy protects you at every stage of creation.

1. Design Phase — 100% Refund

Before you approve an AI design preview, you may cancel for a full refund at any time. No questions asked.

2. Hand-Painting in Progress — 50% Refund

Once you approve a design and our artists begin hand-painting, materials and artist time are committed. Cancellations at this stage receive a 50% refund.

3. After Completion — Modifications Only

After your portrait is finished and shipped, cash refunds are not available. We offer complimentary touch-ups for minor adjustments within 14 days of delivery. Contact us with photos of any concerns.

4. Damaged Shipments

If your portrait arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund as appropriate.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email us via the Contact page with your order number. Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.
