1. Information We Collect

• Portrait Reference Photos: Images you upload to create your custom portrait
• Contact & Order Information: Name, email, shipping address, payment details (processed by PayPal)
• Account Information: Username, password, saved addresses (if you create an account)
• Usage Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via cookies — see Cookie Policy)

2. How We Use Portrait Photos

• Generate AI design previews for your approval
• Guide our artists during hand-painting
• Store securely for order fulfillment and customer support

We do not sell, license, or use your photos for marketing without explicit consent.

3. Third-Party AI Processing

To generate design previews, reference photos may be processed by third-party AI services (e.g., OpenAI). These providers process data under their own privacy terms and our data processing agreements. Photos are not used to train public models for unrelated purposes.

4. Photo Retention & Deletion

• Active orders: Retained until order completion plus 90 days for support
• After 90 days: Reference photos are deleted from active storage unless you request earlier deletion
• Account deletion: Request deletion via Contact us — we will remove photos and personal data within 30 days

5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

If you are in the EEA or California, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

6. Data Security

Reference photos are stored on private, access-controlled storage. Data in transit is encrypted via SSL/TLS.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13. Photos of minors must be uploaded by a parent or legal guardian.
