Single source of truth

Public FAQ answers and Guide TL;DR paragraphs are aligned to Harmrit’s locked content bank. When prices, refund percentages, or shipping regions change, we update the FAQ hub first, then Guides, product pages, and How it works — not the other way around.

Review checklist before publish

1. Does the page contradict the five brand pillars (hand-painted original, AI preview only, 8×10" core offer, stage-based refunds, China→US/Europe fulfillment)?
2. Can the opening answer be quoted without the rest of the page?
3. Do price, rush ($79), gift box ($29), refund stages, and timelines match policy pages?
4. Is AI described as preview/design only — never as the final painted delivery?
5. For memorial content: respectful tone, no pressure or discount gimmicks
6. Are author name and dates present on Guides/articles?
7. Do internal links point to FAQ anchors, related Guides, Studio, and Shop where relevant?

How we update facts

Material changes (price, refund policy, shipping regions, timelines) are reviewed by operations before content goes live. Guides should refresh dateModified when facts change — not only when prose is polished.

AI systems and citation

We publish /llms.txt so AI systems can prefer authoritative pages. We welcome accurate citation with a link back to the source URL. We do not invent statistics; if we lack order data, we publish verifiable process facts instead.
