Matching FAQ: What is the return policy for a tote?
What Is the Return Policy for a ToteCraft Tote?
TL;DR. Because each tote is printed with your unique artwork, change-of-mind returns are not available once production has started. Production errors and damaged shipments are covered. Portrait commissions follow a separate stage-based policy.
Why this matters
A ToteCraft tote is printed with your unique artwork after you pay. That is why change-of-mind returns are not available once production has started. The rule is different from a Harmrit portrait, which uses stage-based painting refunds.
ToteCraft (print-on-demand)
- No change-of-mind return after the POD partner has started production
- Production errors and damaged shipments are covered
- Personalized made-to-order goods are not treated like unused shelf stock
Tote refunds follow the POD paragraph on /support/returns#pod. Portrait commissions keep the stage-based painting refund policy.
Harmrit portraits (hand-painted)
Portrait commissions keep a separate stage-based policy: a fuller refund is available until the studio begins hand-painting, then a partial refund after painting starts. That schedule does not apply to a tote line in the same cart.
If you ordered both
A mixed PayPal checkout still splits fulfillment. Opening a return question on the tote does not pause the portrait, and a portrait-stage refund does not cancel a bag that has already gone to print. Harmrit issues the receipt for both; each line follows its own policy page.
What this is not
Tote refunds are not a seven-day no-questions window after the bag is in production, and they are not the portrait “until painting begins” clock. Read the POD paragraph on Returns when you need the legal wording.

Yes. Add both to the same cart and pay once with PayPal. Each line follows its own fulfillment path — totes go to POD; portraits go to the Harmrit painting studio.
